About We the Homeowner

We the Homeowner is a national platform dedicated to improving transparency, accountability, and policy around homeownership in the United States. Georgia is the pilot state for full platform coverage.

How we work: we research legislation, case law, regulation, and emerging issues; educate homeowners with practical information; document recurring homeowner experiences; connect homeowners and stakeholders; and advocate for practical reforms.

What we are not: We the Homeowner is not a law firm, court, regulatory agency, or law-enforcement authority. Our educational materials are informational and are not legal advice.

Caroline Simmons is Founder and Executive Director. As the organization grows, We the Homeowner is committed to publishing appropriate information about leadership, governance, programs, impact, and finances.
