Amends the Investment Company Act of 1940 to prohibit registered investment companies, REITs, and private funds with $500M+ AUM or 100+ single-family home purchases from purchasing single-family homes. Requires divestiture of all existing SFR holdings within 10 years (10% annually). More aggressive than the ROAD Act — no exceptions for build-to-rent or renovate-to-rent. Sponsor: Rep.
