We the Homeowner is an informational and advocacy platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

By submitting reports, survey responses, or other content to the platform, you grant We the Homeowner, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, aggregate, and publish that content in anonymized form for advocacy and research purposes. You represent that your submissions are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Intellectual Property

All content on the We the Homeowner platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of We the Homeowner, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We the Homeowner, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the platform, if any.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of DeKalb County, Georgia.
