SB 406 Rules Education Sessions

SB 406 passed. The next chapter is the rules that will implement Chapter 43-17A. The Georgia Secretary of State is expected to release proposed rules in October for public comment.

We the Homeowner will host Education Sessions by Zoom from 6:00 to 9:00 PM Eastern on the Monday and Wednesday following the proposed-rules release. The Zoom link will be provided once dates are confirmed.
