SB 406 passed. The proposed rules implementing Chapter 43-17A are now available for public comment.

We the Homeowner will host four Rules & Regulations Review Sessions by Zoom from 6:30 to 8:00 PM Eastern on Monday, October 5; Wednesday, October 7; Monday, October 12; and Wednesday, October 14. Zoom access details will be sent to registrants.
